Welcome to Seesaw 1, Wingfield Rd
Seesaw 1 is situated in a large Victorian house and has been open since 1988. It has extensive gardens with a small orchard.

The nursery accommodates 36 children ranging from 18 months to 10 years old. The after-school club meet in the basement, the tiny tots on the ground floor and the pre-school on the first floor. Although the nursery is open 50 weeks a year, children can attend
school term time only and no retainer fee is charged. Similarly, children can attend from 8am to 6pm or for the two government grant sessions only which run from 9 - 11.30 am 0r 1 - 3.30 pm. |

As the 3 and 4 year old grant only covers 33 weeks
of the year, we ask that parents contribute the remaining 6 weeks
to cover the rest of the academic year. Other funding is also available to help some children and families and the nursery can advise in these instances. |
